Campbell Architects now offer Principal Designer services. Under the Construction Design and Management Regulations (CDM) 2015, The Principal Designer (PD) is a designer, appointed by the client, to take control of the pre-construction phase of a project. Principal Designers have an important role in influencing how risks to health and safety are managed throughout the project. Campbell Architects are performing the role for a number of our clients, including M&G Real Estate, Seven Capital and The Portman Estate. We are also on the Hermes Real Estate framework as Principal Designers and Architects. For further information on the role of Principal Designer and the contribution of a PD to your project, please contact our Associate Stephen Alderdice who leads this sector on behalf of the company.
